Stealth is a tool to change window's opacity attribute on Windows Vista and above. This is a tiny personal project for .Net coding practice. Stealth can set the target window transparency quickly on the fly, and pinning that target on top is desired. It will also list all available windows. These operations are performed through the simple interface that consists of a slider for each window's opacity. You can also filter the selections by showing modified windows only, hiding removed windows, and on a window title.
